Delete your Orange Nuts account

You can permanently delete your Orange Nuts account and its data at any time. You don't need to be signed in to read this page.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Orange Nuts and go to Profile (the rightmost tab).
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. It is also on the subscription screen and on the email-verification screen, so it is reachable even without a subscription or a verified email.
3. Confirm your identity, then confirm the deletion.

No longer have the app?

Email contact@khenitech.com from the email address of your Orange Nuts account with the subject "Delete my Orange Nuts account". We confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, all your projects, brands, posts (including posts published to the Feed), uploaded and generated images, your profile photo, likes, saved posts, blocks, credits and subscription status, and copies of your posts that other users saved. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept

• An internal record of administrative actions that refers to the account by its ID only (no email or content).
• A marker that the account ID was deleted, so payments and credits can never be applied to it again.
• A one-way scrambled identifier used to prevent abuse of any free allowance.
• Internal staff notifications that were already sent (see our Privacy Policy, Section 6).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
